1. Limitations on Use and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC. By accessing our platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. You agree that you will use the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes. You will only use the Services to make legitimate inquiries, reservations, or purchases, and not for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including without limitation, making any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation in anticipation of demand.
You further agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services and will not send automated queries, bots, or scrapers of any sort to the SPARROW TRVL platform.
2. Changes to Services and Terms
SPARROW TRVL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services from time to time, globally or in specific regions, for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you, any other user, or any third party. SPARROW TRVL reserves the right to change these Terms in the future. We ask that you review these Terms from time to time so that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Services following any change will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use.
3. Privacy
The SPARROW TRVL Privacy Policy is heavily integrated into our operations and available for your review on our Platform. By using our Services, you consent to the information practices, data protection measures, and disclosures set forth in that policy, and agree that those practices are reasonable and globally compliant.
4. User Account
You may choose to create an account with SPARROW TRVL and provide certain data. In consideration of SPARROW TRVL permitting you to use the site, you represent and warrant that the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Your account is for your own personal use only. You may not permit others to use your passwords. You agree to (a) immediately notify SPARROW TRVL of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you safely log out at the end of each session. SPARROW TRVL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
5. Third-Party Providers and Sites
5.1 Independent Contractors: The third parties offering travel product options, hotels, flights, or services accessible through SPARROW TRVL are independent contractors and are strictly not agents, employees, or joint ventures of SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC or its subsidiaries.
5.2 No Endorsement: You understand that the mere fact that our Services display travel product options does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any sponsorship or direct approval by SPARROW TRVL of any such provider. Unless expressly stated, our display of specific options does not suggest a strict recommendation.
5.3 Information Accuracy: You agree that SPARROW TRVL is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information (including imagery, descriptions, and amenities) obtained on your behalf from these travel product providers.
5.4 Assumption of Risk: You transact with and make payment directly for third-party travel services displayed by us. Your interaction with any travel product provider is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions independently imposed by those third parties. SPARROW TRVL shall have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other expenses resulting therefrom.
5.5 External Links: The SPARROW TRVL platform may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than us. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents, privacy protocols, or security.
6. Global Payment, Currencies, and Foreign Exchange
6.1 Credit Card Details
You agree that the credit card details provided or used for SPARROW TRVL’s services must be correct and accurate. You shall not use a credit card that is not lawfully owned by you, or whose use is not authorized by the lawful owner. You further undertake to provide correct and valid payment details.
6.2 Payment Fees
Some forms of payment may be subject to a surcharge. This will be specified at the time of booking and is usually calculated as a percentage of the booking cost. A non-refundable processing fee may also apply at checkout. This fee will be displayed clearly before payment and cannot be refunded in the event of a booking cancellation, modification, or refund request. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that this specific fee is non-reclaimable.
6.3 Payment Currency and Foreign Exchange (FX)
Prices are displayed and charged in the currency you select. Depending on your card issuer, you may be charged additional bank fees or foreign currency conversion charges. For example, if you book in AED currency and use a card issued in USD currency, your bank will apply FX conversion rates from AED to USD. Some jurisdictions may also apply additional surcharges for cross-border transactions.
You must contact your bank to understand any charges that may apply. SPARROW TRVL accepts absolutely no liability or responsibility for any bank surcharges, FX rate differences, or conversion-related costs. FX rates fluctuate globally. The display currency used for reference on our platform may differ from the final payment currency charged.
6.4 Refunds
All refunds are processed strictly back to the original payment channel used during booking.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are made via charge reversal or direct credit to the same card used.
- Processing Time: SPARROW TRVL initiates refunds within two (2) working days. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends entirely on your issuing bank—usually between 15–20 working days, and up to 30 days for certain regional bank transfers.
- Deductions: Cancellation charges, SPARROW TRVL platform fees, or discounts applied to the booking may be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Foreign Exchange Refunds: Refunds are always processed in the original booking currency. If your card’s billing currency is different, your bank may apply its own FX conversion rates and surcharges when crediting the refund. SPARROW TRVL does not impose or control these bank charges.
6.5 Card Installments
SPARROW TRVL may offer customers the option to pay for their orders in monthly installments through selected card issuers. Wego reserves the right to set minimum order amounts for installment eligibility and to limit or withdraw this service without prior notice. Approval, tenure, pre-closure penalties, and any incidental terms are at the sole discretion of the issuing bank. SPARROW TRVL has no role in this process. In the event the installment plan is not approved, the full transaction amount will be charged.
6.6 Digital & Mobile Wallets
When selecting a digital wallet (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, or regional wallets) as a payment option, you authorize SPARROW TRVL to debit the purchase amount from the linked wallet. Payments are governed by the wallet provider's terms and conditions. SPARROW TRVL makes no warranties regarding the performance of third-party digital wallets and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
6.7 Cryptocurrency Payments
If offered, Crypto Payments are processed strictly through a licensed third-party payment provider. SPARROW TRVL does not operate a crypto exchange or hold cryptocurrency on your behalf.
- The booking is confirmed only after the required blockchain confirmations are officially received.
- SPARROW TRVL will not be responsible if the payment is sent incorrectly (wrong asset, wrong network, missing memo, or incorrect amount). We cannot guarantee recovery of incorrectly sent funds.
- Cryptocurrency transactions are final upon blockchain confirmation and do not offer chargeback protections similar to traditional credit card payments.
- Exchange rates are determined at the time of processing. If payment is not completed within the strict time limit (usually 15 minutes), the rate will expire and the checkout must be restarted.
- Any blockchain network (gas/miner) fees charged while sending the payment will be borne entirely by the user.
- Refund eligibility follows SPARROW TRVL's standard cancellation policies. If approved, refunds will be issued as a crypto refund to an address you provide, subject to strict compliance and AML checks. Due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations, the fiat-equivalent refunded amount may differ from the amount originally paid.
7. Fraud Management
If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, SPARROW TRVL may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, IP address, or account, and may permanently close any related SPARROW TRVL accounts.
If fraudulent activity is actively detected, SPARROW TRVL reserves the right to take necessary criminal and/or civil legal action globally. You may be held liable for monetary losses to SPARROW TRVL, including litigation costs and damages. We reserve the right to take any steps necessary to ensure the security and integrity of our systems, which includes verifying the authenticity and validity of all transactions placed through our platform.
8. SPARROW TRVL Vouchers — Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the issuance and use of SPARROW TRVL Vouchers (“Vouchers”) provided to customers in lieu of monetary refunds following a booking cancellation. By accepting or using a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these specific Terms.
8.1 Issuance of Vouchers
A Voucher is issued when a booking is cancelled and the customer elects to retain the equivalent value with SPARROW TRVL rather than receiving a monetary refund. Vouchers are issued in the same currency as the original booking. The value reflects the refundable amount at the time of cancellation, strictly after any applicable cancellation fees or penalties imposed by suppliers. Each Voucher is assigned a unique, encrypted code delivered to the registered email address.
8.2 Eligible Use
Vouchers are valid exclusively for bookings made directly through the SPARROW TRVL website or application. They cannot be used on third-party platforms, external travel agents, or any other booking channel. Vouchers cannot be redeemed if the user does not possess a registered account with SPARROW TRVL.
8.3 Partial Use & Remaining Balance
Vouchers may be partially redeemed against a booking. If the Voucher value exceeds the booking amount, the remaining balance will not be forfeited. Upon partial use, a new Voucher code will be automatically issued reflecting the remaining balance. The new code will carry the exact same original expiry date as the initial Voucher.
8.4 Validity
Vouchers are valid for exactly 12 months from the date of issuance. Vouchers must be fully redeemed (i.e., a booking must be completed and confirmed) before the expiry date. Expired Vouchers possess zero value and cannot be reinstated, extended, or exchanged for cash.
8.5 Non-Transferability
Vouchers are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they were issued. Vouchers cannot be sold, gifted, auctioned, or transferred to another person or account under any circumstances.
8.6 No Cash Value
Vouchers have absolutely no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other monetary equivalent. If a booking paid for using a Voucher is subsequently cancelled, any refund due will be re-issued as a new Voucher and never as a cash refund.
8.7 Ancillaries and Insurance
Any ancillary services added to a booking—including but not limited to seat selection, extra baggage, or special meal preferences—are non-refundable and hold no monetary or Voucher value upon cancellation. Travel insurance purchased at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the underlying booking is cancelled. Insurance premiums will never be included in the calculation of any Voucher value.
8.8 Fraud, Misuse & Technical Issues
SPARROW TRVL reserves the right to instantly void any Voucher suspected of being obtained fraudulently, misused, or used in violation of these Terms. Any attempt to duplicate, alter, or sell Vouchers will result in permanent account suspension. In the event of a technical error affecting Voucher issuance, SPARROW TRVL is not liable for losses arising from failures beyond our reasonable control.
9. Trademark Notices and Intellectual Property
SPARROW TRVL’s logo(s), sparrow device, slogan(s), proprietary code, and interface designs are the exclusive trademarks and intellectual property of SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC. Unauthorized use of the Services, scraping of our data, mirroring of our interface, or reproduction of the materials contained on this website violates applicable UAE and global copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, and will be prosecuted aggressively.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY SPARROW TRVL “AS IS” AND YOU USE THEM AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SPARROW TRVL DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC OR ITS AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF SPARROW TRVL OR ITS AGENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MALFUNCTION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION WILL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPARROW TRVL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL SERVICE FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY US FOR THE SPECIFIC BOOKING IN DISPUTE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies, their respective suppliers, and any of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your fraudulent, speculative, or unauthorized use of the Services.
13. Miscellaneous and Governing Law
- Assignment: You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.
- No Waiver: SPARROW TRVL’s failure to act on any breach does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid one that most closely matches the original intent, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
- Governing Law: These Terms are exclusively governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the regulations of the free zone in which SPARROW TRVL FZ-LLC is licensed. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE, regardless of your global location.
